School improvement usually refers to a school's attempt to implement an innovation with the ultimate aim of producing positively valuable changes in teacher's skills and attitudes and in institutional functioning.

There's an old saying, "It takes a village to bring up a child." We believe it takes a society to educate one. We are living in exciting times, and improvements in education won't come from government targets or even more exams. We believe that education will be improved not by political decisions or conventional wisdom, but by scientific research. The brain can process much more, much faster than we give it credit for.

In some ways, KG Pro Learning System is simply a modern twist on a very old-fashioned approach, that of rote learning. KG Pro combines the traditional learning system with the innovative one. We recognise that part of teacher's job is to prepare children to be successful in the world, so our aspirations are higher than getting children to pass a few exams.

Kindergarten Teachers work in a classroom aimed at educating youngest students. They introduce new concepts, such as handwriting, reading, simple mathematics and basic organizational skills. Community Collaboration

Intellisis identifies and integrates resources and services from the community to strengthen school programs, best practices, and student learning and development. We create occasions of teacher's collaboration and professional learning communities for school improvement. Schools and teachers benefit in a variety of ways when teachers work together. A small but growing body of evidence suggests a positive relationship between teacher collaboration and student achievement.

Case studies examined by Intellisis show that teacher collaboration took many forms. In some schools, teachers met in teams to review student work against standards, using their insights to select targets for instructional improvement. In other schools, teachers shared planning time, learned about data to guide instructional decision making, and got regular support from a coach or lead teacher. Some teachers formed teams to plan their own professional development and ensure that lessons were aligned across grade levels. In the case studies examined by Intellisis, administrators fostered teacher collaboration by providing pedagogic and structural supports. Large schools in particular found it necessary to create mechanisms and supports for collaboration. In schools that adjusted their schedules to create common planning time, teachers found it especially useful to have a designated day, time and agenda for their meetings. In some cases, however, teachers needed technical assistance from our mentors to make effective use of manuals and processes of KG Pro Learning System.

Increased Productivity

Being a productive teacher is giving more to students in less time. What a teacher should give is not mere curriculum, more tests or assessments instead a teacher should give what students need the most - an optimal curriculum, holistic development and independence. Many teachers in our traditional education system today feel shoved into a room with a few behavior theories, some lesson plans, a few dos and don'ts, and not much else.

One of the biggest challenges in the design and administration of our current education system is confused teaching, unaware about what to do and what is being done. KG Pro Learning System ensures more productivity of teachers as every detail of daily activities of class-work and home-work has been pre planned. Workbooks for class-work and home-work are ready made. So time and energy in planning and support activities is saved which can be utilized in other areas.
